I suspected that my system was used to fasting therefore the less I cut.
However when I did my first water fast, I was in a light weight (for my height 5'6) I was about 140.
Now it's so frustrating to see the scale stuck in the same weight, and don't see any changes I might stop looking at it, and concentrating on the fast, planning to go for 1 month.
Also, I am doing water for today, proximately 8 glasses, and see how it goes, and how my body reacts; i was doing a dry for the last 2 weeks just drinking a bit of water during the day.
So I am going to see how I am reacting to water fast, probably tomorrow, depending on the scale, how much I drop, going to use dry fasting, it really works.
