could this account for why this condition appears to improve whilst on holiday?..apart from perhaps more sun shine hours, having fun and relaxation, exercise, water even. Depending where your vacation is and how long..wouldn't this also mean a change of food source too? eg dining out eating at resteraunts from street food vendors using freshly cooked ingredients from perhaps localy sourced pesticide addititive free etc etc home grown produce? Could it be a combination of variables and factors at play to create that significant change towards this conditions improvement?

There's a case of a pregnant woman who had given birth and during this time attributed her lips healing due to hormones? could it be that during her pregnancy she abstained from trigger foods laced with chemcials and including smoking,coffee, booze, fizzy drinks etc..changed her diet from less processed food to more fruit and veg.. drank more water( thirst is increased during pregnancy) and did a mental lockdown number against stress for the wellbeing of her growing baby?

By doing so improving the integrity of her intestines and digestion..taking the pressure off her immmune system, liver, and creating improved conditions for overall proper nourishment for herself and the baby? ie optimised self care during the 9 month gestation period.. After the birth..the condition returned..
