Re: Ending at Day 8

WE DID IT!!!
I'm beginning day 8. And I cant believe I made it!! HA Remember day 1 and how far off day 10 seemed! I'm glad I did this, my legs are not swollen any more and a pink tongue is beautiful isn't it.

OH...My nose...my nose! I smell everything. It's weird. I walk around my house and think, 'I can't believe my house smells this way'. Everything smells awful...except food!

Im afraid of gaining the weight back though, as the previous post states. I've lost 13.3 lbs. I would like to do this longer than 10 days since it's so near but Im weak...I want to eat peanuts, I want a salad with lots of ranch!

I think what helped me stick with this fast is that I kept really busy. I actually think that if I hadn't been on this fast that I wouldn't have been as productive. I cant say that I feel energetic but I go to work at 4 am and I don't get to bed until after 9, 10 and 11 pm. But after this weekend, my crazy busy life will be over and I'll be able to assess whether I'll stay longer on this diet. I'm crossing my fingers.
