Just starting Day 6 today - plan to go at least 10 and perhaps 15 days in total and hope I can make it.
What I plan to do after I end and after few days of normal healthy eating is to to Master-Cleanse fast every other day. I have read in several places that every other day (EOD) fasting is still effective and that you won't slow your metabolism as much. So after a month you will actually have 15 days of fasting and seems that it is something one could easily do. NOT THAT I WILL EAT JUNK ON THE DAYS OFF ... I am committed to having at least 2 of the 3 meals to be very healthy (like just fresh fruit or a Superfood drink for breakfast and salad and steamed veggies for lunch or dinner). Perhaps having some of what one craves one in a while (for me some Thai Green Veggie Curry) is important to long-term success and will also prevent protracted and/or extremely unhealthy binging.
I'm sure that I will again do a longer pure Master-Cleanse cleanse for the more dramatic results but will use bowel cleansing products with my EOD regimen as well.
Anyway, just my thoughts about continuing the healing in a different way....
