Ok.
This is how I see things from my experience:
I dont have any bad (pathogens) bacteria, at least not according to the laboratory results. I have done that test a few times.
So I think TMA is not produced by bad bacteria in traditional sence, but from the bacteria that is consider good for healthy people.
But for TMAU sufferers even good bacteria becomes bad because it produces TMA.
And that`s the problem. If I kill the bacteria with Antibiotics maybe I will reduce the amount of TMA but in the same time I will do some other damage.
So it is kind of a road to nowhere.

Also, choline is not the only problem. Carnitine and vitamin B12 also triggers the smell, and they have a different molecule structures.
So the solution may be a bit more complicated than the low-choline diet.

Of course, that is just my opinion, I may be wrong.
