Hi 129124, you will need to take iodine, Lugol's or indoral.
indoral is easy on the tummy.
I have fought yeast/candida/fungus for ten years, the scriipt meds just hide the symptoms, they do not work well.
Iodine is your only choice.
I had a most difficult case of yeast/candida, all over my body, everyone say systemic.
I began taking Iodine at 50mgs daily and built to 200mgs, as Dr. Truss recommends a 21 day Iodine protocol for yeast candida treatment.
As we now know, Depression is a result of a viral infection of some type, that causes inflamtion in the blood and in the hypothalmus gland.
As Iodine will detox us, removing bromine/flouride etc, it will also remove those little spots of yeast candida that hold toxins in place, the body uses to keep toxins out of the blood. As toxins are freed, expect some depression, edema etc.
I fortunately discovered DMSO will almost within hours flush those toxins out of the body, cure Depression and that low down feelings.
Anywho I been at iodine detox, yeast removal for eight weeks,
at about three weeks, I hit bottom, terrible depression, but DMSO chased that away.
So this is my protocol and it seems to work well.
200mgs of lugols, I make my own to save dollars
1 Tablespoon of DMSO, mixed w/ three four ounces of water, which I add half teaspoon of Seasalt , juice from one lemon to aid the stomach in digesting iodine, and I take 1 200mcg pill of selenium. I mix it in a small glass and take it each morning on rising. The general taste is not good.
An alternative which I have not tried, is to mix, half DMSO and half castor oil, and apply to the stomach area, for detox.
DMSO is a mild diuretic, castor oil is a real stimulant for the lymph system. The lymph system is charged with recycling waste from the cells back into the blood, kidneys and disposal. DMSO being a diuretic will help flush inflamation to the kidneys for disposal.
There is a problem at the kidneys as problems can often develope from detox, Seasalt should be used to flush them out and keep them clean, or damage can occur to the kidneys themselves from a build up of toxins. I like Seasalt for this purpose as it contains lots of magnesium, hard to come by, it also will NOT cause blood pressure problems as iodized salt or refined salt will do.
129124, you will know the yeast is going away with iodine therapy, at Dr. Trusses three week period, I was on my way, but knew I needed longer to dispose of the yeast, at eight weeks, I am pretty much free from yeast.
