contrand, isn't it always like that? Yet, then again, the foods you crave are most likely fueling what ails you.

I did it (type O) for one full year, just to see what it was all about. I'm not vegan, but don't do dairy, fowl or any meat, so yes seafood,pastas, tofu, yadda yadda. Wheat potatoes, corn were no-no's for me. Meat,poultry and fish was prescribed for my blood type. It was an interesting year,to say the least. Dreamed about pasta...discovered
rice pasta...not bad. Felt pretty good and cut a lot of the
processed pastas out of my diet..well mostly anywho.

I'm not advocating the aforementioned site, just suggesting a different slant and maybe some relief for you.

Andreas Moritz' books make a lot of sense,too. I'm a big fan of his. Also, mohrdar.com. I know him personally and he is very devoted to helping people and has helped many of my friends and family.

Juice cleansing is an option, sans the carrots probably in your case.
