I just need to ask you. If Lupus is the primary cause-as it has been suggested to her by one doctor-

People with one autoimmune condition are prone to develop other autoimmune conditions since other autoimmune triggering microbes may be present and the adrenals are not functioning properly.

So lupus is not really going to be the cause but can rather be an associated disorder.

would she still have the same chances to recover with the same "treatment" (addressing the old infections and supporting the adrenals).

I know that she has experienced many skin rashes and also rapid heart beats during years already, prior to this "dry everything" condition -kind of new symptoms for her at the present.

She has also endured HUGE, HUGE, HUGE STRESS in her life.

It sounds like the autoimmune conditions are worsening.  Stress will definitely  contribute to this by furhter weakening the adrenal glands.
