I use about 4000 mg. a serving, (a teaspoon) sometimes 2 or 3 x a day. It's the theraputic amount. I have Parksinsons and suffer from inflamion - MSM helps. i took i/2 tsp. a day before the inflamion set in.... and didn't have any pain.
