New Bromide test results

I just got my results for my latest bromide level test

urine level = 19.8 mg / 24 hours

the reference range is <5mg/24 hours

I am now 1 year and 6 months into my Iodine journey

this was lower than my most recent test but I took 100mg of Iodine or so on the previous one. this test I only took 50mg or Iodoral and I took none the day before, so not totally comparable numbers

but regardless shows I still have a ways to go

I also have a heavy metal screen of the same sample in the works, I will share that when I get it. I did one one year ago so I have that as a baseline. And I will get the complementary 15 minutes on the phone with Dr. Flechas....so that will be fun.
