is this a liver fluke

is this a fluke or something else? im on a parasite cleanse now, but only been doing it for 4 days. also started bowel cleanse. i thought it might be a tomato skin. i did eat some grape tomatos earlier today, but that was approximately 9 hours ago. i didnt think that was long enough for them to come out?
anyway there were several of these in my poo. here are some pics. sry my iphone camera doesnt focus well up close.
