I'm a male with pretty bad AF, I can walk, but not do much labor, and I can't walk for long. Isocort helped me, I got no negatives, but I should have stayed on it for a couple years. I think it would have helped alot. Only on it for 3 months, but it helped me not to crash really bad, after doing 4 things a day, (store, laundry etc.)

Problem is they are now using plant based cortisol in Isocort, not sheeps adrenal, so I don't know how well it might work, or if they will go back to sheeps adrenal.

Moderate success, but I have really bad AF, can't work, etc.
