Isocort, which I got at Amazon.com, did help me when I had nothing else to use, before I got a doctor to listen to me and got on hydrocortisone.

Dr. Michael Lam, here on CZ & with his own site, says Isocort should be used as a last resort. I would say that hydrocortisone definitely helped me most. Take it 4X a day. At least. And don't forget the Liponano C if you can tolerate it.
