A few questions

Hi Uny!

I thought over your last response to me and kept coming back to the feeling that it was love that was directing me in that direction so I've made the tincture from all of the parts.  The only one that I couldn't easily find was a garlic tincture made with grape alcohol (which has been okay with me) but it honestly wasn't purposeful, believe it or not.  

I am certain that one day I will become one with garlic, with every ounce of my being saturated with the stuff.  I look forward to it.  But, for now, I will continue to be sans garlic.  I will attempt my first Liver Flush with garlic and see how it goes though.

Anyhow, I plan to start the tincture today with my IF2.  Question:  I was thinking of starting with one dropperful with each IF2 dose.  How much do you recommend me working up to?  Also, should I do this every day or just when I'm coffee enema-ing and liver flushing.  (So far, I've done 14 coffee enemas.).   When you suggest that someone do one coffee enema do you mean two back to back (15 mins each) or just one?

Also, should I take a break from coffee enemas while I kidney flush?  

I was thinking that I would start the mild Liver Flush in the mornings first, once I'm comfortable with the tincture.  While im doing the flush I don't know/think that I can go fat free for a few days.  I could certainly try to lower my fat intake though or maybe I could try changing the time when I eat fat.  Any advice or suggestions given what you know about me?  

Also, do you suggest that everyone add the parasite herbs, or just those who seem to have parasites? I really have no idea and I don't WANT to have them, but it sure would be exciting to poop some out...      

With the big liver flush, does it matter what time of day a person does this? Would it be okay to continue on the mild Liver Flush in the mornings and then do the big one at the same time or do you suggest that the big one always be at night?

I think that's all of the questions that I have.  No rush Uny.  Next week I will be traveling out of town so I won't start Liver Flushing until the week after....
