Hmm, I have not had that happen, with the amounts I'm using. Again, I am using about a spoonful, then skipping a day or two before using another spoonful.
I have had in the past (long before ever using any erythritol) low blood Sugar problems, so I know that I am susceptibel to low blood sugar, yet this amount of erythritol has never caused low blood Sugar for me. Maybe simply because I only use the small amounts of erythritol.
I hope that anyone curious about erythritol will take this story as some kind of hope that moderate amounts of the stuff may not cause them any problems at all.
