Hi! I eat a good protein at every meal with a cooked veggies and at dinner I am like Paulette I eat a small amount of brown rice or a small amount of sweet potato with my protein and cooked veggies. And my olive oil !!!!
I only eat fruit once or twice a week...my body gets more fatigue right now when I digest fruits and raw veggies...I am trying to save my energy for rebuilding my adrenals. I drink only no refrigerated spring water...cold water again uses up to much energy for now.

Snack I have Organic blue corn tortillas chips...1 oz.
Will eat organic oats or organic oat bran with cinnamon if hungry between meal (small amount).
