I was thinking about starting a diet, i didn't really want to just buy a whole bunch of veggies and fruits and eat off of that while i recover. Most likely that would lead to me eating more than i should.
I was thinking about putting together a salad: Onions,Lettuce, cheese, carrots. and some steaks to help with building Testosterone. I went to the store today and bought some fish oil just to get started, I'll look into getting other supps but i forgot the supps you guys mentioned tho.
