Could you be more specific as to what I can use for a sinus rinse or flood. Meaning something I can pour into my sinus to get rid of what I think is a parasite in there.

Help! I need relief, this has been going on 2 years now.

Crawling sensations in right sinus/face, pain, pressure, no runny nose or discharge, just raw painful creepy feelings in the area of my sinuses behind temple into ear canal and eustachian. I've tried EVERYTHING in there.

I make up the solution, try to make it very mild to avoid burning and lay on the bed or couch and fill up nostril and lay there for a while before getting up and letting it drain out into sink Tweet
