What is appropriate treatment for these blood results?

Hi. The more I read, the more confused I become. I hope I'm posting on the correct forum. Female, 70, 100# overweight, been told for more than 50 years that yes I'm hypothyroid, and no, I'm not. One self-sytled thyroid "expert" wanted to "kill" my thyroid gland with radiation; I refused. Some docs have given me synthroid or Armour; others were adamant that there was nothing wrong with me. I've been SOO000 tired, all my life. Recently found a high school newspaper in which the gossip columnist asked students what they'd most like if someone could wave a magic wand. The other girls gave answers having to do with guys, neat clothes, and neater cars; I said, "More sleep." Although I've said hundreds of times that I've been tired all my life, I was astonished to find that quote, all the way back in high school! It used to be that I could somehow muster enough oomph to sail past a deadline. For a time until some point in my 30's, I seemed to thrive on deadlines. SOMEHOW I could force myself to meet them. Of course, in so doing, all other aspects of my life would slide and so for most of these 70 years I've played catch-up. I wouldn't wish my life on anyone. I'm SOOOOOOO tired of existing, which is all I've done for the past approx. 20 years, but the serious health difficulties started about 30 yrs ago. I've somehow gotten clothes washed and my bod to work, and survived the 56-60 hour work weeks, but an awful lot of overtime money went to chiropractors, doctors, and health food stores, trying to stay vertical so I could keep on keeping on. Have avidly read alternative health material since discovering Adele Davis, Carlton Fredricks, and Dr. Abram Hoffer, in 1971. I've been diagnosed with that famous xxxxwagon load of muscle and neurological problems. Have incredibly painful electric shock sensations in astonishing places in my body, plus annoying buzzing or vibrating sensations that are extremely annoying, but not painful. Trying to stay on a pH-balanced diet has helped, as has retirement 1 1/2 yrs ago (less stress), but I have so long and so far to go. Have had no thyroid meds for about 1 1/2 years. Had blood panel through longevity organization, Life Extension Foundation, but can't hear well enough to do a phone consultation with them and don't really have anyone to ask to speak for me. Family members are extremely unsympathetic. After all, my face looks much younger than 70, and I stil "cut up" when around them, as I feel in my head that I'm still about 28, so what could be wrong with me? Results show Thyroxine (T4)Free, Direct, of 0.46; TSH of 38.629; Vit D, 25-Hydroxy of 8.3; Triiodothyronine, Free, Serum of 1.6; C-Reactive Protein, Cardiac of 4.09; and the following cholesterol figures: LDH, 216: Cholesterol, Total 328; Triglycerides, 160; HDL Cholesterol, 60; VLDL Cholesterol Cal 32; LDL Cholesterol Calc 236; T. Chol/HDL Ratio, 5.5; and Estimated CHD Risk, 1.5. I have MANY symptoms of adrenal insufficiency, but tests always show I have no adrenal problems. I tried Iodoral and Iodine drops from the brown bottle with the poison symbol (if it's designed to go into an open cut, which is directly into the blood stream, then why not?), and thought I felt better, but I've read so much and within the last couple of years don't have the photographic recall that I used to have, so am now not trusting my memory to be accurate. Need guidance before starting back on the Iodoral and iodine. Had a holistic dr. who was fantastic, but he died at 85, in repercussions from a fall, so I no longer give myself magnesium, B-Complex, and B-12 injections, so my neurological problems have become fairly painful. Have all the symptoms of diabetic neuropathy, but am not close to being diabetic, althouth I feel much better if I can follow a diet for preventing low blood sugar. Lost several I love to cancer and frustrated (beyond the ability to adequately express) by their refusal to even read info, and at their lemming love for AMA prototypes and Big Pharma. Having totally failed with them, I just gave up. It hasn't seemed fair that I've felt so horrid since my school days, yet I'm still kicking, and they've been mown down. Want to see Europe and know I've got to improve my health first so I can walk better. I'll need to get more energy and lose the weight, which is incredibly difficult. For that I've considered HCG, which generally goes against my grain, but I've been gaining, not losing, on more and more restricted daily calorie counts. I used to have success with restricted carbs, but those diets haven't worked for me in the past few years, so have tried restricted calorie counts as a sort of practice for the HCG, in case I end up going that route. Started back on olive leaf extract and coconut oil, because I felt better while on them and was able to lose weight more readily, and a bunch of nagging problems disappeared. But what else should I do until my first appt with a new (supposedly) holistic doc? Morning body temp usually 95.2 to 95.7; after up, working, then at dr. office, usually only 97.something. If can keep going past a sleepy spell, will be "wired" and totally unable to sleep, even though I'm extremely worn out, and almost never sleep more than 4 hrs. Have slept in parking lots in two states because I sometimes get so sleepy I simply can't function. Extremely hearing impaired (profoundly deaf); considering cochlear implants. Totally lost my hearing twice, in June and July last year, both times while on Antibiotics . MRI says ischemia of blood vessels between ears and brain. Ophthalmologist said absolutely no sign of ischemia in his exam. Back of head goes thud-thud-thud with slight movements. Am exhausted by very little activity, so must force myself to do whatever must be done, and, increasingy, I've been failing at that these past couple of years, to the point that I'm overwhelmed---almost paralyzed---by what all needs to be done that's piled up, and don't know where to start. Around 20 yrs ago went through many tests to try to find why I'm constantly teetering as though on a tightrope, to no avail. There seems to be no hearing/ear connection. Is it possible that the bones in my feet are sharp and don't permit me to put my full weight down as other people do? My arms shoot out and I appear to be balancing on a tightrope; very embarrassing. Has anyone heard of anything like this in connection with hypothyroid or adrenal problems or hearing problems? I have six weeks to wait for the holistic dr appt. and feel a great urgency to do something immediately or something horrible will happen, but what should I do? I apologize that this is so long, and if I've put it in a wrong forum. I'll be grateful for any leads you can give to me. Thank you for reading my post. Mary
