Derm had no suggestions regarding what was causing the "Rosacea". I was reluctant to believe that's what it really was because it just didn't fit the typical description. I am now pretty sure it was a reaction to the Mirena. I had my hormones checked as well and they were just fine. Thanks for your reply.
