I did the capsules flush and it was great! MUCH better than swallowing oil! I used flax capsules. I also took betaine HCL and some other stuff to help digest the oil. You can buy the olive oil caps if you wish from Puritan.com. I encapsulate my own epsom and other stuff, but I would not try encapsulating oil.
