***If you don't want to chew gum, the Listerine breath strips don't have any carbs. They taste a little like medicine but they work to help lose the ketone breath.
***I carry a weight loss sheet around with me. You can do it on an index card, a sheet of paper, in your phone, wherever. I post the date and my weight every day and if I get weak I can refer to it and see my progress.
***You could also post the list of diseases you are at risk for because of being overweight. For me, it's diabetes (runs in my family and I am just plain lucky I didn't get it) and breast cancer. Just refer to that every time you want to eat!
***Look at yourself in a full-length mirror every day. That should keep us going! :)
***Ask yourself every time you want to eat: "Will this get me closer to my goal or further away from it?" Then decide if you really want to eat.
