It's impossible to "restore the flora" when that real estate is already occupied by entrenched candida. I know this because I lived it--regardless of how many probiotics I took, through either end, my bowel movements would still go flying out of me partially digested because there was little more than candida in there to digest them. That went on for months on end, getting worse and worse, before I started taking Candex, which combined with kefir allowed me to start defecating like a human being again. And I am still seeing benefits to this day, even when I don't take the enzymes.
