I need help

I need help. I've been suffering with pretty bad AF for almost three years now, and i've dedicated my full time trying to turn this around. I recently crashed again about a month ago, and I'm stuck in bed, spending most of my days managing the symptoms. Everything in my life has fallen apart, I have no life, I feel barely alive. I'm 25 years old.

I don't know what to do anymore. I can't stand this, it's like the most severe form of torture I could ever imagine. Can someone please talk to me thats maybe had some success with getting through this. I've been laying here all alone because no one seems to believe me or take this seriously, I have very few relationships left, I have very little stamina...I feel like I've tried everything.

Please I really need to talk to somebody, I'm really suffering right now.
