I didnt expect this at all

Hello all
I am new to curezone for about 3 months now. Learning ALOTS!!
I did clononix clean for 88 days then now during 5 day detox by Dr. Schulze . Today is my forth days. The last 2 days wasnt good. I was so bloated and couldnt go at all. This morning, I have decide to drink hot coffee which I havent drink for 3 month now. After that I decided to eat a whole watermellon. Before drinking coffee and watermellon, I was eating alots of eggs with uncook yolk for about 2 week. then start taking a pinch of espom salt after a meal. After eating my watermellon this morning, I couldnt believe and didnt expect this at all. I was able to go ALOTS then after that lots of liquid coming out with 100 of worms ( I think), lots of white almond shape stuff,lots of red stuff and 15 nickel and quarter size black/dark green stones. Maybe more since I couldnt see everything in the toliet. Hardly any small pale size stones. My energy went thru the roof after that. However, I did feels very dizy and weak, realize I need to drink alots of water and took Sea Salt
I still feel bloated, will drink another coffee and eat another whole watermellon tonight.

Good idea??
