21 days Metronidazole 750mg did not work for Blastocystis

Just to let you know that my doctor at Jetti Katz Lab in NY said that 21 days of Metronidazole would definitely kill the parasite Blastocystis. Well he was wrong; it did not work; as I expected. I do not know why doctors prescribe this stupid medication knowing very well that it does not work. Or perhaps they do not read any new reports of how inaffective Metronidazole is against Blastocystis.

The only thing Metronidazole did was made me more sick and made me lose 10 pounds. I had taken this before for 10 days. But the doctor insisted that it was not long enough. Doctors need to read and do some research before the prescribe medication.
