I have not read of any Liver-Flush that do not use some source of oil or fat. If your stools are light colored (rather than dark brown, it is likely you are not able to excrete sufficient bile into the intestine. Stones, sludge, parasites can all block the excretion of bile from the gallbladder or in the bile tubules in the liver. Bile is necessary to emulsify fats and oils so that they can be digested. If you do see a Dr. be sure to be tested for gluten sensitivity (Celiac Disease)and other intestinal problems which result in the formation of bile and pancreatic stones.
