Oh my god. Typical egotistical and very DANGEROUS advice from Moreless.

Your grandmother may be severely deficient. She may need b12 injections, or at the very least, high-dose sublingual methylb12 (or hydroxyb12).

But if you followed his advice 3 years ago, it's probably too late by now.
