--answer--b12

Hi Kolby,

Your question: Hi Moreless,
I have a grandmother whose blood work said she is low on b12. I am not sure how to naturally raise her b12 levels? I don't want her to take supplements.
She will not eat salmon and sardines. I have tried.
She will drink the drink maybe once a week.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Answer: I am Sorry, but one of the Hardest things "WE" need to learn is that "WE" "Cannot" help someone who is Un-willing to make the needed changes in their Diet and Life style !

Many folks Refuse to come to understand this, thus stick their Noses in where all it does is make Enemies with those they are trying to Force to make the needed changes they should make, but refuse to by their own self !

If, your Grandmother is Un-willing to choose to change her diet and eat better Quality foods, then there is not much you can do for her, but be there for her as she becomes Sicker till death and be a shoulder for her to cry on?

If she is un-willing to take the drink with kelp in it, more than 1 time a week and doesn't want to eat the Sardines or Salmon, the only Hope is that you may figure a way to fix these , so that she will change her mind and start eating them?

Because she cannot become healthy by just taking B12 by it's self, without the Complexed Alkaline Minerals !

Smile Tis your choice.
