Breast feeding problems..

Looking for feedback for a friend:

She is someone who was diagnosed with PCOS several years ago. She just had a beautiful baby 2 weeks ago.

she is having a lot of breast pain, milk clots, engorgement....

I talked to her about Iodine several years ago and she was not interested. I am thinking there is probably at least a partial Iodine connection here....so maybe she might be interested depending on what kind of a response I get here. I did some searching here and couldn't find anything directly related...

does anyone have any experience with this type of situation????
