Re: WHY THE UCC1 FILING? Anyone done this yet?

Here is what a PRIVATE SECURITY AGREEMENT looks like. This is kept in the Private at your home. This is a contract between you and the STRAWMAN. He agrees to pay you 100 billion dollars in silver coins. Now this is not the commercial lien that would be filed with the county recorder. You would put in all the info that pertains to you and what you.

Talk to your people that helped you with the UCC-1, they should beable to give you the answers you need on how to do this. This is what I have for what it is worth.

You need to do the Commercial/Security Lien that is filed, that is the way you protect all the things you own from anyone that is filing aganist the STRAWMAN. Enolamonroe

All Property past, present and future acquired of JOHN H. SMITH ( or Any derivative
thereof), Debtor, of 123 Main Street, Anytown, WA 98033 and SALLY M. SMITH (or
any derivative thereof) Debtor of 123 Main Street, Anytown, WA 98033 is hereby the
property and security of the Secured Parties, John Henry Smith of c/o postal service
address, 123 Main Street, Anytown, Washington [98033] and Sally Mary Smith of c/o
postal service address, 123 Main Street, Anytown, Washington [98033] and before any
of the following property can be exchanged, sold, tendered or in any manner disposed
of must be compensated at a value of no less than one hundred (100) billion United State dollars in silver coins 99.9 percent pure silver or any other amount determined by the Secured Parties for
the property. The parties have agreed that the cost or price of joinder (of being joined to the contract) is 50 million dollars in silver coins 99.9 percent pure silver per event of stultification or any attempt to impair or stultify the Creditor or Debtor or the contract itself. This property now owned and hereafter acquired includes, but not limited to, proceeds, products, accounts and fixtures held by JOHN H. SMITH AND SALLY M. SMITH. Any property not specifically listed, named or listed is included in the same.
