Just wondering why no bond?

Today I have been looking at some old Winston DVDs & I printed up a lot of paper work from files on DVD. Too much I am afraid. Now it is driving me crazy!


Think this is what he advices:
1. Security Agreement (Commercial Security Agreement NON-NEGOTIABLE-NON-TRANSERABLE) that would be notarized but kept at home
2. Affidavits of obligations (Birth Cert. = Title which is a Bond) You can gain control by filing a lien aganist title by using an affidavit of obligation/commercial lien.
3. Recording documents in the public
4. UCC-1 filings, Financing Statement & listing the property as collateral on the Statement with Sec of State.

Does any of this make sense?
Not sure how difficult to file in Tx. so will keep link to Washington. Enolamonroe
