It truly baffles me why anyone would want to go back to eating such low quality foods after having gone through the trouble of giving them up. After I realized I was gluten sensitive I ended up just going further and further down the road to health, also ditching corn, soy, dairy foods, most meats and eventually I took on a mostly raw diet. Don't miss eating crap food in the slightest.
Seriously, are people really that addicted to pizza and take out? I don't get why ANYONE would need to eat gluten. Not saying everyone has to go as far as I did with all of this, but when it comes to being gluten/casein free there are so many alternatives out there it's just confusing why anyone would be eating gluten.
