Re: Gluten/casein intolerance and mercury - link? Do they go away or get reduced?

Unfortunately, celiacs testing is so inaccurate. I am sure there are people who have once been gluten intolerant but after treatment of their food sensitivities , can eat gluten. If you say that to people with celiac, on the celiac board, they willadamantly suggest that the person has never had celiac in the first place though.

I had antibodies to gliadin. I also had antibodies to my thyroid. I cut out gluten and have been gluten free for over a year. I'm sure though that when my gut is working right and my other food sensitivities go away, i'll have no problem with gluten.
