The one I usually use is x-virgin coconut oil. It's very strong, which means it works well and can produce some pretty bad side effects while using it. When I'm yeast killing, I'll take a spoonful before meals. Starting with one per day and working my way up to 3. I don't go over 3.

It's also really important to be strict with the diet or no yeast killer will be effective.
