Thank you for your response. By low carb I meant I had a bowl of oatmeal a few days ago and some brown rice last week. Other than that it's meat, veggies, eggs and plain yogurt.

I do have metal fillings in my teeth; however, I can't imagine that they are the cause of my current problems. It doesn't seem logical that metal fillings would contribute to a stubborn vaginal and anal yeast infection as well as the oral thrush. I don't think this would be considered a recurring infection as the last yeast infection I had was two years ago. I get mild vaginal yeast infections every few years and they typically clear up quickly with OTC meds. I have not yet researched your suggestion. Even if the fillings are part of the problem it's not feasible at this point to just pry them out and have them replaced.

Could the Nystatin swish and spit not be enough to do the trick?
