Re: A couple of positive things to report
You know I can't say for sure. I've been doing many things and they all help.
Dr Lam and his supplements helped support my adrenal glands very well. I know it doesn't seem to work for everyone here, but the mega adosing of vitamin C and pantathine seemed to help me. However, his program is not complete (in my opinion), so you need to do more.
Adding magnesium oil and calcium help alot. Before with magnesium and especially magnesium oil. It is easy to take too much as a learned another lesson the hard way. I also figured out I have been calcium deficient for years. I have always had cracked heel. When I started taking calcium, my cracked heels went away and my skin is smoother than ever.
Buteyko Breathing is helping raise my body oxygen levels. This increases oxygen to all cells / organs so everything starts to work better and toxins start to clear. I have not had a beige colored bowel movement since starting Buteyko in March 2011. Before that, I would often have almost white bowel movements, indicating that I wasn't clearing toxins.
Lots of meditation and awareness to help calm the nervous system. I watch my emotions like a hawk to make sure I don't get angry. You almost need to become an external observer of your mind so that it doesn't "take off" on you.
Healing Codes helped a lot with emotional issues. I have even more contol over my emotions. Actually...it's even better, I don't need to contol them, a lot of negative emotions just don't happen anymore. I don't seem to worry about anything at all anymore. I was always a chronic worrier. Mind always racing about tihngs at work, investments, etc. I can shut my mind off and go to sleep in less than 5 minutes now.
In the Healing Codes book, the mention a heart rate variability monitor as how the verified it works. I got looking into HRV and bought one:

This way, I can test my nervous system balance anytime, and can use it during meditation sessions. There are 2 schools of thought on how to improve HRV and "coherence".
HeathMath pomotes the positive thought technique, as shown above.
Others promote a "mechanical" method of syncronizing your breathing to your HRV., as shown below.

It really works. When I do a Coherent Breathing session, my pulse slows down a lot and I feel very relaxed. This is a book book on the subject.

I tend to do both at the same time. The mechanical method of using 5 breaths per minite while thinking positive thoughts.
