I am inclined to believe what you say, especially considering what we already know about the government's covert programs concerning manipulation of weather (H.A.A.R.P). For everyone: research "chemtrails" and H.A.A.R.P on Youtube for more info.
It's not as crazy as it sounds. There is apparently something being sprayed on a wide-spread basis into our atmosphere by specially equipped airliners.
