It's actually not me with the issue, but a friend. She was eating irregularly snacking here and there on sorta healthy stuff, but recently (2 weeks ago) has shifted to a liver cleanse diet. That means pretty healthy and more meals that avoid her food allergies .
There are also good supplements in the morning -- seaweed etc.
Liver cleanse tends to be fairly carb heavy though, as it's hard to work enough proteins in while avoiding red meats, tofu, cheese, etc.
