I can't stress (no pun intended)enough that supplements alone will not provide a lasting recovery. You need to work on lifestyle and the mental/emotional issues as well.

Holy Basil works to calm your nervous system.
There is a supplement called "Adrenacalm" that seems to help many people.
Take a 1/2 teaspoon of Sea Salt in a glass of water in the morning. Put lots of Sea Salt on your food during the day.
Stay well hydrated, put a sprinkle of Sea Salt in each glass.
