Last night before bed, the bleeding was very minimal and the burning feeling had stopped. I took some ginger for inflammation, dmannose, uva ursa and drank some ACV. I got up once or twice to pee but nothing outrageous.

Then, this morning, when I peed, I caught my urine in a cup and it gushed bright red blood! A lot of blood.....:(

This from a cleanse??? This from??? Any ideas?

Help me here!
