Day two Schulze's kidney cleanse - blood in urine

Hi all,

I am day two of the Schulze's five day kidney cleanse.

I am having pain in my lower back, blood in urine, and painful urination - feels like a knife slicing me.

I am assuming this is a cleansing reaction? What can I do to support my body through this crisis? Drink more tea?

Any help would be appreciated.
