My shake is pretty simple and boring. I am not sure there is any magic in there but here ya go!
I make two portions each time, and I keep the second one til the next day.
Shake: Frozen berries (1/4 of volume), some water, Greens+ the multivitamin/digestive enzyme, some hemp or flax seed oil, and then non-whey protien powder. I'm told it's not as tasty as it could be but I am fine with it.
