@joliepitt, my b vitamins say that they don't have yeast, gluten or starch in it. I don't know if it has lactose though, but I doubt it. Also I would like to advise you to not limit yourself to one meal a day. I don't know if it was you or the other person who said they were eating one meal a day on this topic, either way that isn't safe and you won't be able to eat like that for the rest of your life. You'll probably become deficient in a lot of vitamins and minerals, thus making you worse off than you were originally. Anyways, I'm glad that your odor is going down, if you have the chance please keep posting any positive changes that are happening to you when on b vitamins or any other supplement
