You are getting confused about Liver Flushing and decongesting the liver. There are many liver herbal concoction design to gentle decongests the liver between flushes. The flush is quite extreme and some people who have flush repeatedly have run into problems. One basic problem with a sedentary poor diet lifestyle is that the bile thickens and forms stones. Flushing is way of expelling these cholesterol stones but must be done in conjunction with changes to your lifestyle like improving ones diet and taking exercise.

Research has shown that one of the most powerful foods for thinning the bile is whole beets. Vegetables like beetroot, chard and spinach are usually cooked but they are an excellent addition to salads. There are consistent in thinning bile.

You can buy supplements that contain whole beet together with taurine, vitamin C and pancrealipase, which are effective in thinning bile.
Here is a safe procedure for thing the bile between flushes.

You need 1 large organic beet (beetroot) washed and finely grated mixed with lemon juice from 1/2 lemon and 2 Tablespoon of flax oil.

For a serious liver problem take one teaspoon of mixture every hour throughout the day.
On a routine basis take one teaspoon of mixture 3 to 4 times a day or more.

You can make this mixture to add to your salads frequently or eat alone as above 2 or 3 times a week. This will keep the bile thin and moving. Note: If you cannot get organic beets, be sure to peel them. Otherwise, use the peel as well.

Beets in any form are an excellent food for both the liver and the gallbladder.

Eat your regular meals throughout this period, striving to eat lots of fresh vegetables, good fats and to avoid refined sugars and processed foods.

There are other liver decongestants and major advantages of this recipe are that it is inexpensive, natural and effective. When combined with some vigorous exercise 5 times a week will keep the bile flowing freely. Moderate exercise is also beneficial.
