I have to agree with Rowan
The book is small and relatively easy to find. Its contents have been posted here several times and there is a website that provides the info too...probably you can find plenty of info on curezone as well.
I understand your need for encouragement regarding things like eating chocolate, but, when you do something like that, it's obvious that you've fallen off the wagon. You don't need to beat yourself up for it...just pick yourself up and try again.
This is the longest I've been able to fast in 15 years...I've had many failures like yours, but I know that I fell off, so I didn't need to post and ask the question. I would rather use the curezone space to gain encouragement for continuing on...sticking to it, and to answer any questions regarding what I'm experiencing during the fast.
We have many people who are asking some very serious questions on here, but the way that the curezone page is set up, the posts disappear once there are enough entries above them (who reads the previous page anyway?). If the page gets filled with questions about cheese burgers and chocolate on a "fast", the people in need of some serious help get lost.
I believe in a democratic board, where all can speak. We're just asking for consideration for the others since we do have limited space on the main discussion page and don't want to have crucial questions get lost because of questions that need not be asked.
