DE doesn't work in my case. I put the powder on the wood floor and I also mixed DE with water and then sprayed the solution. I think these creatures jump or fly so that they hardly contact DE, making DE useless.

How do you fog with cedarwood oil? Do you mean mixing the oil with hot water and then spray the solution in the air?

I don't think they are bed bugs as bed bugs are visible. I threw away all the mattresses and I am sleeping on an air bed (miserable?) and the pest problem remains.
