audibly hear parasites in the brain?

Im listening now, to the low sound of crackling in my head. I hear it for a second, then it gets quieter. then it stops.

Its hard to though, cuz of that humming sound your blood makes in your ears. Its never really silent when its quiet.

Seriously though. How do i get these things out of my head? And how do i know when they are finally gone?
