I love this bread. I am a bread lover. Can't get enough of it. That is partly how I ended up with Candida overgrowth. I ate this bread a lot. I ate healthy, but I ate a lot of bread and sugars.
Listed above is what is in Ezekiel bread. Notice the wheat and notice the yeast. How can this be part of a candida diet? Maybe you know something here about this bread that cancels out the two worst ingredients(?).
