This is the bread that we started using after being on the diet for about 6 months and has worked great for us..
We also used the 7 sprouted grains bread they make and it worked fine too. At first you may find it a little dense.. you know ~~ not so soft...

But warm in the toaster and then butter and add cinnamon ( we added xylitol
Sugar and cinnamon.. yummy cinnamon toast! ) Tho' I can't find it right now I read an artical on it that said, it does not have enough yeast or any other ingredient to agrivate the Candida. But if you are worried... just add some thyme to the cinnamon.. it is light in flavor and you do not really notice it.. and it will help to kill the Candida along with the cinnamon. We always said, you some times have to get the Candida to raise its head to cut it off... !! lol !!
